Maintenance Schedule
A weekly clean up schedule has been made. If you have
conflict
and can't find someone to swap with, please let us know. If you do
not want to assist and want to be removed from the schedule, please
let us know as well.

Prior to the weekend, please:
- Clean restrooms - toilets, sinks, floors.
There are cleaning supplies in the supply room.
- Refill toilet paper and paper towel
dispenser. The key to the paper towel dispenser is on a lanyard
in the supply room.
- Empty trash and trashcans if needed. (Trash
goes out to street on Sunday night.)
- Clean tables
- Empty ashtrays
- Hose down or blow off deck if necessary
Daily (if possible):
- On Monday, please pull trash can off the
street.
- In the evening preferably, check pool and
ensure flood lights are ON, bathroom lights and fans are OFF,
doors and gate are locked, and umbrellas are closed.
- The pool closes at 10PM, so all residents
should be leaving by then.
- Check the water level. It should be close the
the middle of the diamond on the tile.
- Pick up toys, towels, cloths, etc and place
in the holding area by the pump room.
- Straighten deck chairs, tables
- Check skimmer baskets and empty if
necessary.
On Sunday Night
- Please take large trash can to the street for
pickup on Monday.
Pool Chemicals
- The pool is professionally serviced once a
week usually on Thursday or Friday.
- If you want to check the chemicals in the
pool. There is a test kit in the supply room.
- If there are any concerns about the condition
of the pool, please contact Keith Cross at 770-605-8692.
