Recreational Facilities Rules & Regulations

Stoney Brook Homeowner’s Association

Who Enforces the Rules?

It is up to each homeowner to monitor the use and activities at the pool & tennis courts. If you see someone who is not a member, or who is abusing the rules, politely ask them to leave. If there are chronic offenders, call the management office with their name and the violation, and they will be sent an infraction letter and fined for the repeated violations.

Who Belongs?

Residents of Stoney Brook are mandatory members of the recreational facilities,  and the Stoney Brook Homeowner’s Association is the governing body for the recreational facility. The facilities are for the exclusive enjoyment of Stoney Brook residents and their guests.

How are the facilities maintained?

The recreational facilities and the common grounds are maintained through your association fees. These fees are paid by each owner at Stoney Brook, and are billed quarterly by the Management Company. The fees are currently $400.00 per year ($100.00 per quarter).

Who is responsible for the recreational facility?

The Board of Directors for Stoney Brook is the governing body. They will set the rules and the dues yearly. Although the rules and regulations are set by the Board, they welcome suggestions and recommendations from the members. Please either call or write the Board of Directors or Management Company if you have suggestions. The Board is also responsible for the maintenance of the facility. The Stoney Brook Homeowner’s Association owns the facility.

How do I gain access to the facilities?

Every homeowner is provided with a card key for the pool gate and a key for the pool restrooms and tennis court. If when you leave the area, there is no one else at the pool or tennis court, you should lock the gate. If you need a key to either facility, please call any Board member.
