Pool may be rented only by an adult (21 or older)
member in good standing approved by the Board of Directors.

Regular pool hours are daily from 8 am until 10
pm. Extended hours are availabe for reserved parties.
Sunday through Thursday evenings will terminate by 11 pm. Events
held on Friday or Saturday evening must terminate by 12
midnight.

Georgia alcoholic beverage laws apply to all
parties.

Pool rental will be $50 for up to 2 hours and $75
for anything over 2 hours. A refundable $100 security deposit
must be paid. The deposit may be refunded when the pool area has
been cleaned up to the satisfaction of the Board. Any damages to
the pool area or clean up costs will be deducted from the
deposit. Any damages caused to the pool or pool area that
exceeds the $100 deposit will be charged to the member renting
the pool.

A written request must be submitted to the Pool
Committee Chairman to reserve the pool along with checks for all
fees. Requests must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to
the requested date for the party.

The person renting the pool will be responsible
for clean up of the pool area and removal of trash before the
deposit will be returned.

The Board reserves the right to place additional
conditions for rental based on the type of event. The pool will
always be open to members from 8 am until 10 pm regardless of
private parties taking place.
