Community Lawn Care

Most lawns in the neighborhood are in good shape. Unfortunately some are not. Part of the Covenants is to keep lawns up to community standards, this “INCLUDES”, not only FRONT, but also “BACK” yards as well. We are receiving complaints that some are not and have checked into it and agree. We recently did a walk through and have attached an additional page to address this and issues further.

Other Pool Issues

All pool guests are to be accompanied by a Stoney Brook Member at all times. Lending Keys to Cherry Creek residents and people from Cherry Creek Using our pool under the reasoning that they have friends in Stoney Brook saying it was ok is prohibited. This year we have lost 14 tables that were either broken or thrown over the fence along with 3 chairs. We seem to be having kids and adults using our pool that do not live in Stoney Brook. If you see someone not familiar to you kindly ask if they are new to the neighborhood and ask which house they moved into if they cannot tell you it is up to us to inform them that if they do not live in Stoney Brook they are Trespassing.
