Stoney Brook Membership Agreement
A limited number of non-resident memberships are
available to homeowners in Cherry Creek
Membership for non homeowners of the Stoney Brook Subdivision
Recreation Facilities is voluntary and available on a limited basis.
The cost for membership is a one-time $100 application fee
and an annual $400 membership fee. The membership fee for
non-residents will not exceed the current mandatory
dues set for the homeowners.
Membership for nonmembers is at the sole discretion of the Board of
Directors of Stoney Brook. You must be sponsored by a current
resident member. A copy of the Recreational Facility Rules
is provided to each and every member. As stated in the rules, the
Board reserves the right to deny privileges to any member violating
the rules and regulations or whose guest(s) violate the rules and
regulations. The rules are posted for your convenience at the Pool &
Tennis Court.
This membership may be transferable if you sell your home, however
the new homeowner's will need to complete the application form and
accept the membership agreement. The application fee will be waived
for transferred memberships that have not expired. The membership
fee is non-refundable.
The Pool opens in May and closes in
September. The Tennis Court is open year round. The exact dates will
be available on the website online at
www.StoneyBrookAssociation.com.
POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

Hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
seven days a week

Pool use is restricted to members
and their guests. No member shall bring more than 3 guests at
one time.

All guests must be accompanied by
a member.

Children under 14 years of age
must be accompanied by an adult member. (Adult is defined as 18
years or older).

No pets or non-battery operated
appliances are permitted in the pool area.

Residents are responsible for any
damage or disturbance created by themselves or their guests.

No Glass or breakable containers
are permitted in the pool area at any time.
-
No diving is allowed.
-
No lifeguard is on duty—swim at
your own risk.

Life preservers & rescue poles
will be used only for their intended purpose.

Members & guests must wear
swimming suits or swimming trunks while in the pool.

The Board reserves the right to
deny pool privileges to any member violating the rules &
regulations, or whose guest(s) violate the rules.

The Board reserves the right to
deny privileges to member whose accounts are delinquent.
Tennis Court Rules & Regulations

The hours are from 7:30 am until
dusk daily
-
Tennis courts are for the use of
members and guests only. All guests must be accompanied by a
member.

Proper attire and shoes must be
worn.

No food or glass is allowed on the
court.

No pets are allowed on the court.

Please limit play to one (1) hour
for singles and one and one half (1-˝) hours for doubles, if
others are waiting.

Toys, bikes, roller skates, or any
activities other than tennis are prohibited on the courts.

Please make sure locks are in
place when leaving the court.

The Board reserves the right to
deny tennis privileges to any resident violating the rules &
regulations, or whose guest(s) violate the rules.

The Board reserves the right to
deny privileges to residents whose accounts are delinquent.
