As stated in the By Laws, all Board meetings are
open to all members of the Association. We try to hold meetings on a
regular basis, and will post the schedule on this website and post a
sign at the front entrance as a reminder on the day of the meeting.
Executive Session
It is often necessary for the Board to adjourn and
reconvene in Executive Session to discuss certain legal and other
matters. This is a closed meeting of the Board Members.
Have a topic you want the Board to Address?
If you would like to submit a topic for the next
board meeting, please contact a Board Member at least one week prior
to the meeting. Topics will be covered based on time available.
Want to address the Board during a Meeting?
If you wish to speak about a topic during a Board
meeting, please be aware that there is generally a large amount of
business to discuss. Therefore in the essence of time and
scheduling, it may be necessary to get prior approval from the
Board. Time will be limited and based on time available.
