General Information

Why are there covenants? Protective covenants are deed restrictions placed on each lot which are designed to enforce the neighborhood standards and provide for an attractive, safe, and fun community - and to protect our investments! These restrictions ARE enforceable by law. Membership in the Homeowners Association is mandatory. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to monitor and address violations as they occur.
